A percentage of all profit taken from ticket sales will be donated directly to the nominated charity, both of which are clearly identified on each draw. On top of that, the platform seeks to raise awareness of the nominated beneficiary by reaching an audience which may not have been contacted through the usual channels.
We work with any registered UK charity, and any non-profit organisation, including schools and academies to help raise vital funds with your help. If you would like to join us as a beneficiary, please view the ‘Get Involved’ page or email us to arrange a call back with a member of the team.
Please do! We regularly hold polls on our social media platforms but if you would like to see a specific prize, please drop us a message, either on our social media pages, or by using the ‘Contact Us’ page.
Absolutely not. The platform was built with complete transparency in mind, and as such, all draws are recorded and stored securely so if a legal dispute arises, we can prove that the draw was fair. The winner is selected at random by use of an independent system and Win Win staff and immediate family cannot win a prize or enter a draw. For a full breakdown please see our terms and conditions.
Each ticket you purchase, and each free postal entry is assigned the next available unique number in the draw database, against which your unique ID is assigned, ensuring that each ticket has a fair and equal chance of being drawn. To select the winner, we enter these unique ticket numbers into a ‘true random number generator’ based at random.org, developed by Dr Mads Haahr of the School of Computer Science and Statistics at Trinity College, Dublin. This selects an entry, truly at random!
The winner will be drawn by a representative of the nominated charity at their premises wherever possible, further ensuring a completely fair draw.
As each draw is different, as each prize varies in value from hundreds of pounds, to hundreds of thousands of pounds, and as such, the cost to enter is proportionate to the value. There is always the free entry route however, which never changes!
If a cash alternative is on offer, it will clearly state on the draw page. Usually the answer is absolutely!
Each draw has different odds of winning due to the number of tickets on sale and the amount of free entries received. As the platform is built to raise as much money as possible for nominated beneficiaries, we do not usually indicate the amount of tickets on sale. We may on occasion, however, offer a fixed odds draw, on which we will clearly indicate the actual odds of winning. We can create these draws where a prize has been donated without an expected return to the person or organisation donating.
If not enough ticket sales are reached to cover the cost of the prize, or if not enough tickets sales are reached ensuring a worthwhile donation to the nominated beneficiary, a percentage of all ticket sales will be awarded as a cash prize to the winner. For full details, please see our terms and conditions.
We have mechanisms in place to ensure that the winner has ample opportunity to claim the prize, but if this fails for whatever reason, the winner will be redrawn. Please see our terms and conditions for the full rule breakdown.
Any UK national over the age of 18 can take part. For the full rules please see our terms and conditions.
Unfortunately not, as all payments we take are subject to a handling fee from our merchant services, over which we have no control. We therefore recommend that any donation you wish to make without entering be donated directly to the charity through their website or other platform they use, ensuring the maximum amount of money goes directly to them.
Absolutely! If you are a UK registered charity, or a non-profit who can accept donations, please email us to arrange a call back from a member of the team. If you are the lucky winner we will try to contact you using the details in your profile, normally telephone first then email. If we cannot make contact within the specified time period, the winner will be redrawn. For full rules please see our terms and conditions.
